CURIOUS02 THE PERSON / THE PRACTICE
Design has always been one of my natural elements. It’s part of my essence: the way I observe, connect ideas, and imagine how something could work better.
I’m drawn to the moments when something feels harder than it should. What’s getting in the way? What does this person need? What could make the next step clearer? Those questions are what pull me into a problem and make me want to understand it.
Interior design taught me to consider how people move through a space and how it makes them feel. Customer experience taught me to listen when expectations and reality don’t line up. I bring both perspectives into UX, where every interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day a little easier.
That’s what being The UX Alchemist means to me: bringing creativity, empathy, and evidence together to turn uncertainty into a thoughtful design direction. I love studying the problem, testing an idea, and learning what actually works. It’s better than guessing. That’s where transformation begins, and better results follow.
03 WHERE THE FORMULA BEGAN
From shaping spaces to shaping experiences.
My design journey began with interiors—listening to how people lived and creating spaces that felt like them. I learned to think beyond how a room looked and consider how it worked, how people moved through it, and how it made them feel.
That curiosity drew me toward digital design, where I could explore the same ideas through visuals, storytelling, and interaction. UX brought it all together: understanding people, finding the friction, and designing a clearer path forward.
Design around how people live.
Translate an idea into a visual experience.
Make each interaction feel intuitive.
