2. Final Bill Requirement Required Page

Must Show Device Payoff Amount

Upload the itemized Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) page showing your Final Device Payoff Amount, device IMEI, and phone numbers—not the generic summary page.

3. Live Status Tracker Real-Time Alerts

Track Every Step in My Verizon

Follow your reimbursement status in real time with automated SMS & email alerts:

Activated → Uploaded → Verified → Card Sent
4. Payout Method 6–8 Weeks

Virtual Prepaid Mastercard®

Pay your previous carrier directly first. Once your bill is verified, your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard arrives within 6–8 weeks via email and inside the My Verizon app.
